At Ayesha Art Gallery, we take great care to ensure that every piece of art is delivered in perfect condition. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Liability
Once an artwork is collected or delivered, Ayesha Art Gallery is not responsible for any damage caused by mishandling after receipt. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Fingerprints or smudges on borders
- Tears or creases on fine art prints
- Other customer-induced damage
We are not obligated to refund, exchange, or replace items damaged due to customer mishandling.
However, under consumer protection laws, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if:
- The product is damaged during transit by postal or courier services
- Faulty or defective merchandise is sent
We encourage all customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Dimensions listed include borders for all prints. We are not responsible for issues caused by failing to review this information prior to purchase.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
Damages and Issues
While rare, damage or defects can occur. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer an immediate replacement if your artwork is:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrectly delivered
What to Do if Your Order is Damaged
- Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you notice any damage, defects, or incorrect items.
- Provide clear photographs of:
- The external packaging
- The shipping label
- The damage to the artwork or frame
If a replacement is not available, a store credit will be issued.
Return Shipping
If we require the item to be returned for inspection, we will cover the return shipping cost. In some cases, a return may not be necessary for us to process your replacement, refund, or store credit.
Important: We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds if damage is reported more than 24 hours after delivery.

Cancellations and Exchanges
Fine Art Prints
- Due to the made-to-order nature of our fine art prints, cancellations or changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.
- After this window, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations.
Original Artwork
- All sales of original art are final and cannot be canceled or exchanged.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
- For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 3 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Change of Mind Returns
After the 1-hour cancellation window (or 3-day EU period), we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Made-to-order fine art prints
- Original paintings
- Sale items or gift cards
All our artworks are created with care and attention to detail, and we do not hold stock—therefore, returns for non-defective products are not possible.

Payment Plan Cancellations
If your item is reserved under a payment plan and you choose to cancel:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Reasonable business costs incurred in processing payments or reserving your item may be deducted.
